Richard Rotimi is a seasoned Network Engineer with over a decade of experience leading and supporting technology initiatives across organizations such as Amazon, Rite Aid, Consilio, Lerner, MNCPPC, and MedStar Health. His technical expertise is backed by industry-recognized certifications, including the CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and the CCIE written—reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and engineering excellence.
Having witnessed firsthand how traditional recruiting often prioritizes speed and sales quotas over quality, Richard founded BlueHaven to offer a more thoughtful, integrity-driven approach. “I started BlueHaven to restore trust, elevate standards, and ensure companies gain real technical talent—not just résumés,” he shares.
